Between October 2024 and September 2025, Sudan continued to witness repeated aerial bombardment and drone attacks by both warring parties; the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and Rapid Support Forces (RSF). These attacks have repeatedly and consistently targeted civilian areas including markets, hospitals, mosques, displacement camps, and homes. This report is based on open-source verification, field interviews, and legal analysis, and it documents these incidents to expose a pattern of indiscriminate or deliberate attacks on civilians that represent violations of international humanitarian law (IHL).
