This investigation reveals a pattern of severe human rights abuses in Sudan, documented through videos and reports shared on X (formerly Twitter). Both the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) are implicated in: - Arbitrary Detention: Individuals, including civilians and military personnel, are being detained without legal process or formal charges, often indefinitely. - Capture of Military Personnel: Both sides are capturing and detaining enemy combatants. - Civilian Torture: The RSF, in particular, is shown torturing civilians through beatings, starvation, and psychological abuse. - Ill-Treatment: Detainees are held in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions. - Enforced Disappearances: Both sides are responsible for the disappearance of individuals, with their whereabouts unknown
